| Abstract | The transformation of Thailand's industrial sector under the industry 4.0 era, as defined by the Thailand Development Master Plan 2025-2027, has forced many sectors to adapt to the changing situation. This also necessitates urgent adjustments to the increasingly competitive Thai higher education sector, particularly within the country and within ASEAN. Especially in the field of industrial management, which is a field of study that applies knowledge in many areas to achieve maximum effectiveness for the learners. Furthermore, it can enhance the overall capabilities of Thai education. This research explores the integration of collaborative robots into teaching and learning, simulating various learning situations through an operating system. The study found that designing learning activities using collaborative robots resulted in appropriate curricula and activities based on integrated, cross-disciplinary learning approaches. Furthermore, the ADDIE instructional design model can be used to plan experiments and improve activities to address essential 21st century skills. Collaborative robotics learning represents a highly potential approach for developing sustainable skills in industrial management students. |
