| Abstract | In this thesis, we establish the general solutions to the zero-mean functional equation on planar n-gon with the constraint that for each planar n-gon obtained by translations and dilations of an arbitrary fixed n-gon, the sum of the values of at all vertices is zero. In particular, we will determine the general solution to the zero-mean functional equation. |
