| Abstract | The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the level of innovative leadership among educational administrators; 2) the level of learning organization of educational institutions; 3) the relationship between the innovative leadership of educational administrators and the learning organization of educational institutions; and 4) the factors of innovative leadership of educational administrators affecting the development of educational institutions. The sample consisted of 365 teachers at government schools under the secondary educational service area office Bangkok 2 from the ready-made tables of Cohen et al. (2018) and used a multi stage random sampling method. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with an index of consistency (IOC) of 0.94 and a reliability of 0.93. Data were analyzed using the mean (M), standard deviation (SD), Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study revealed that: 1) the overall level of innovative leadership among educational administrators was at a high level; 2) the overall level of learning organization at educational institutions was at a high level; 3) the innovative leadership of educational administrators was positively correlated with the organizational level of the educational institutions, with values ranging from .364 to .735, with statistical significance at the .01 level; and 4) the four factors of innovative leadership are creating an innovative organizational climate, teamwork, transformational vision, and creative innovation skills significantly affected the learning organization of educational institutions at the .01 level, with a predictive power of 57.2 percents. |
