| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study theoperation educational inVisnupat(Assumed name)Child Development Center in 3aspectsas follows: 1) Administration2) Learning managementand3)Child’s attributeThe target of this research consisted of 24 people including 1manager, 5 caregivers and 18 parents. Research instrumentswere interviewing questionnaire and interviewing forms. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, standard deviation and content analysis.The results of this research showedthat 1) Administration : The managerhasa method of planning the work process and execute it systematically.There are defined a clear of qualifications and ratio of caregivers. 2)Learning management : The caregivers have no lesson planning. The learning managementisin accordance with 6 main activities which emphasize learning by doing.3) Child’s attribute : It is found that parents’ overall opinions regarding child’s attribute are high. The Intelligence in the highest level(M=4.37), followed by physical(M=4.20), emotional(M=4.19)moral, ethic and value (M=4.08) respectively |
