| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the current state, desired state and assess the needs ofDistributed Leadership Development of school administrators underSuphanburi primary education service area office1. The samples comprised of 78 schoolsincluding onedirector, twoteachers with a total of 234 people. The instrumentsused for data collection were the questionnaire actual state and desirable state of Distributed Leadership. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and Priority Needs Index(PNImodified). The research resultsfound that: 1) The actual state of Distributed leadership of school administrators were at ahighlevel and the desired state of Distributed leadership of school administrators were at the highestlevel;2)The highestpriority needs index(PNImodified) for Distributed Leadership was a shared vision mission and goals(PNImodified= 0.213), the second was decision making(PNImodified= 0.207), and the third was collaboration and cooperation(PNImodified= 0.206), and lastly, responsibility and accountability(PNImodified= 0.178) |
