Abstract | The purpose of this research was to analyze the best practice for a children’slibrary atHuai Khwang Discovery Learning Library in the year of 2019in 3 aspects: administration, service and activity, and environmental arrangement. The samples comprised of library personnel and library userstotaling175. The research instrumentswere a questionnaire and a survey form. The data were analyzed by using frequency, distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation.The research results showed that (1) the overall practice of library personnel was at a high level (M=4.42). Each aspect was describedas follows: the highest mean was the environmental arrangement (M=4.52)consisting of resource organization(M=4.53), and space and atmosphere (M=4.50);lastly, the service and activity (M=4.26)consisting of literacy learning activity (M=4.54),andlearning program for the community (M=3.97). (2) The overall practice of library userswas at a high level (M=3.80). Each aspect was describedas follows: the highest mean was the environmental arrangement(M=4.04)consisting of space and atmosphere (M=4.06), and resource organization (M=4.01); lastly, the service and activity(M=3.62)consisting of literacy learning activity(M=3.73),facilities and services(M=3.67), and learning program for the community (M=3.47) |
