| Abstract | The research aims were: 1) to study the current and desired of implementionof anEducation Quality Improvement Planbased onthe Concept of Personnel ParticipationatKingpetch School, and2) to usepriority needs assessmentto analyze theimplementationof the Education Quality Improvement Planbased onthe Concept of Personnel ParticipationatKingpetch School. The population comprised administrative personnel ofthe Kingpetch school, whileinformation contributors comprised33 staff. The data were collected using a questionnaire, andanalyzed using frequency, percentage mean and standard deviation,and thencalculated by using priority needsindex modified(PNImodified )The results showed: 1) the current level oftheimplemention ofthe EducationQuality Improvement Planbased onthe Conceptof Personnel ParticipationatKingpetch School was at the mediumlevel,and the desiredlevelof the implemention ofthe Education Quality Improvement Planbased onthe Conceptof Personnel ParticipationatKingpetch School was at the high level, and2) the order of first priority needs was Planning, Implementation,andEvaluation |
