| Abstract | This study utilizeddocumentary research with the purpose of developing two conceptual frameworks for developing1) aprofessional learning community,and 2)STEM education operations in schools. The documentary synthesis method was used in this study. The research instrument relied ondata recording, anddata were analyzed by content analysis.The research revealed that: 1) The conceptual framework fordeveloping aprofessional learning community consistsof five steps:1.1 identify a focus,1.2 plan,1.3 apply and reflect,1.4 improve, and1.5sharetheoutcome; 2) The conceptual framework of STEM education operations in schoolsconsistsof fiveparts: 2.1STEM education curriculum design,2.2 human resource management in STEM education,2.3 supporting facilities for STEM education,2.4 budgeting management for STEM education,and 2.5public relationsand networking in STEM education |
