Abstract | This study wasa descriptive research andthe purpose of this research wasto assess the needs of Human Resource Development of Wat Rajabopit School based on the concept of empowered teachersby the sameframework. The case study was conducted atWat Rajabopit School. The research instrument usedin this study was a rating scaled questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNImodified. The informants consisted of81 teachers at Wat Rajabopit School. The findings showed that the overallpresent state was atamedium level (M= 3.424) and the desirable state was at the highest level (M= 4.579) in Human Resource Development of Wat Rajabopit School. The overall priority was 0.337 (PNImodified= 0.337).The first priority was the development of self-confidence. The second priority was job satisfaction. The third priority was professional commitment. The findings will make Wat Rajabopit School realize the needs of empowered teachersfor supporting teachersto havemoreself-confidence, self-sacrifices for work and increasing their job satisfaction. |
