Abstract | The purposes of this research were to 1) study the conditions of training pursuant to the perceptions for a teacher development project,2) study the expectations of theteacher development project, and3) comparethe conditions of training pursuant to the perceptions and expectations. The samplegroup was comprised of312 teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 who had received training under the comprehensive teacher development program (teacher coupons**WHAT ARE TEACHER COUPONS? CLARIFICATION NEEDED). They wererandomlyassigned bycluster random sampling and divided into 8 groups according to the Education Quality Development Network viapurposive sampling. This research used a rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and PNImodified. The research results were as follows:(1) The current conditions of training wereat a moderate level. The training assessment was the highest at the practice level. (2) The expectations of teachers was at a high level. The training place was at the highestlevel ofpractice. (3) In comparison between thecurrent conditions and expectations of the teacher development pdroject found that the training place was the highest priority. The training place has aPNI modified value of 0.84. |
