Abstract The purpose of this paper was to present a conceptual framework of teachers’ roles in promoting resilience in preschoolers. Documentary research was used in this study. Research instruments were three sets of the Item Objective Congruence (IOC) form including questionnaires, observations form, and interview questions. The content validity was examined by three experts. The findings were as follows:The conceptual framework of teachers’ roles in promoting resilience in preschoolers consisted of two aspects: 1) arrangingthelearning atmosphere which is comprised of behaving asa role model, classroom interaction and classroom management, and 2) providing experiences which are comprised of teaching social skills, facilitating children’s learning, and supporting play. The content validity of the questionnaires, observations form, and interview questions were 0.96, 0.98, and0.93, respectively,and the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.898.
