Abstract This research article aims to 1) Study the administration according to the good governance principles of schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) Study the guidelines for the management according to the school's good governance principles, under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, quantitative research collected data from government teachers and educational personnel affiliated with schools. There were 350 people under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by the F-test statistic. The results showed that 1) The results of the study of opinions towards the administration according to the good governance of schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that overall and each aspect were at a high level, and 2) The results of the study, opinions on the effectiveness of the school. Under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, it was found that overall and in each aspect were at a high level. 3) The results of the study of opinions on the administration according to the principles of good governance and the effectiveness of schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Kanchanaburi, found that the results of the comparative study of the administration according to the principles of good governance and the effectiveness of schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Kanchanaburi, classified by status, position, work experience and size of the educational institution found that personnel with different sizes of educational institutions had opinions on the administration according to the principles of good governance of schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Kanchanaburi, overall, no different.
