| Abstract | heepidemicofcoronavirusdisease2019(COVID-19)hasledtounprecedenteddramaticchangesinconsumerbehavior.ItwasfoundthatasignificantnumberofconsumershaveswitchedtoE-Commerce.Therefore,supportinganddevelopingThaismallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs)toenterE-CommerceshowsthepotentialtoincreasethesurvivalrateofThaiSMEs.However,theproportionofThaiSMEsenteringE-Commerceisnotyetsatisfactoryasthemajoritystillchoosestodobusinessintheformerformofoffline.Henceforth,thisresearchaimstostudywaystopromoteanddevelopSMEsinconductingbusinessonline,aswellasstudythesuccessfactorsoftheonlinenetworkofThaiSMEentrepreneurs.Thisresearchmethodologyisqualitativeparticipatoryactionresearchusingatriangulationapproachtocollectthreesetsofdataandusingcontentanalysistoanalyzethedata.Theresearchfindingsillustratethattheappropriatecombinationoftechnology,organizationandenvironmentarecriticalfactorsforstrengtheningThaiSMEs'capabilitytocopewithdynamicchanges.ItalsocreatesanopportunityforSMEstostartanonlinebusiness,tradeinthedigitalage,andbuildacompetitiveadvantageinthebusinessworldthatisfullofdomesticandforeigncompetitors |
