Abstract This academic paper aims to propose guidelines for the participation of private networks in the public policy processes related to the promotion of digital health platforms under the Bio-Circular-Green Economy Model (BCG Model)which is an economic model that emphasizes driving economic growth alongside sustainable social development. The content is categorized into five parts. 1) Digital health platforms play a crucial role in facilitating public access to health promotion information, enabling easy data sharing, and allowing real-time monitoring and evaluation of health data. These platforms utilize various technologies adapted to different purposes and contribute to the development of big data for long-term health promotion. 2) Review of digital health platforms from various countries reveals diverse platforms for tracking user activities and promoting public health, each adapted to the specific context of each country. 3) The direction of public policy was found that various Thai agencies are integrating data, innovation, and information technology with the BCG Model to develop public health policies aimed at enhancing the development of the tourism and sports industries and fostering sustainable competitiveness. 4) The role of private networks to drive digital health platforms appropriately requires establishing collaboration with various sectors, demonstrating local partnerships focused on capacity developing, ensuring that all parties achieve the main objectives of the collaboration, and supporting resources, funding, expertise, and cooperation in various aspects. And 5) Success factors for private network participation in public policy processes include raising public awareness, establishing clear policy directions, ensuring readiness in terms of management and resources, determining appropriate working strategies, and shifting from a role of responsibility to a collaborative approach involving all parties.
