| Abstract | The adaptation of ethnic groups in modern society is a challenging process as ethnic groups face changes in society, culture, economy, and technology. Ethnic groups must preserve their identity and traditional culture while adapting to the changes occurring in modern society. Strategies for adaptation include balancing the preservation of identity with accepting changes, developing educational and economic skills, using technology to promote and preserve culture, building networks between ethnic groups, and advocating for rights and equality. These strategies help ethnic groups adapt and coexist in a diverse society effectively. Collaboration from both the government and society is crucial in creating an equal and sustainable society for ethnic groups in modern times. |
