| Abstract | This research aims to 1) design and develop computer-assisted instruction lessons, 2) determine the efficiency of computer-assisted instruction lessons, 3) compare the academic achievement before and after learning with computer-assisted instruction lessons, and 4) study the satisfaction of learners with computer-assisted instruction lessons. A total of 30 learners were selected using a purposive sampling method. The research instruments included 1) computer-assisted instruction lessons, 2) pre- and post-learning achievement tests, and 3) a learner satisfaction assessment form. The statistics used in the research included mean, standard deviation, efficiency, and Dependent Samples t-test.The research results revealed that: 1. The overall evaluation results were of very good quality, with an average score of 4.70 and a standard deviation of 0.17.2. The effectiveness of the CAI lessons was found to be high, with an efficiency score during each lesson (E1) of 80.05 and an efficiency score after each lesson (E2) of 84.33. The overall conclusion was that the effectiveness of the lessons exceeded the hypothesized criterion of 80/80, which was in line with the hypothesis.3. Third-year vocational certificate students who studied with the CAI lessons in the subject of print media production had significantly higher post-lesson achievement scores than pre-lesson scores at the .05 level, with an average score of 58.97 and a standard deviation of 2.61.4. The overall level of student satisfaction with the CAI lessons was high, with an average score of 4.18 and a standard deviation of 0.61. |
