| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to investigate the current situation of knowledge sharing of wood carving knowledge base: a case study of Ban Jang Nak Museum, San Kamphaeng District, Chiang Mai. Sample in the studies are whom involved in wood carving total 9 people. Data collection from structured interview. Results of the study was the current situation of knowledge sharing of wood carving found that Carver started learning from personal preferences, learned with expert carver and self-practice. Knowledge sharing in sign and outside of Ban Jang Nak Museum aren't formal activities, but they are shared about techniques like friends talk together. Transfer knowledge to student trainee or other people. The factor that effect in knowledge sharing are carving knowledge recipient and support from government and private agencies. Problems and obstacles to knowledge sharing are the number of styles about current carvings, demand for knowledge in wood carving. Including haven't promotion about wood carving. |
