| Abstract | Human right was human dignity to be protected on constitution of Thailand. Every human whether it be poor, rich, officials, private employee or every farmers who have the right in life, body and mind of their own. To determined or choose a pathway of life independently. There are equality all of men and women. Everyone has dignity in the human. Considered by every human must be respected under world civilization but the human in general of Thai society did not understanding about human right. So that was invisible to the human right violations that occurred in Thai society. |
