| Abstract | The research aimed to study the process of cooperation between organizations in promoting organic rice production towards certification of organic agricultural standards in the Lower Northeastern Region 2. This research methodology used qualitative methods. Using data collection tools, in-depth interviews with key informants, namely executives, representatives, leaders, and key workers of organizations who are policy stakeholders. Involves the process of cooperation between organizations in promoting organic rice production towards organic agricultural standard certification. There were 27 samples. The data were analyzed using an inductive approach.The results were found that: The cooperation process consists of 3 conditions: 1) Principles of Collaboration, which involve joint discussions among participating sectors to explore cooperative approaches that drive the achievement of shared goals; 2) Shared Motivation, which fosters mutual trust among stakeholders; and 3) Operational Capability for Collaboration, which ensures that all parties can effectively work together to achieve their objectives. Collaboration enables stakeholders to attain their individual and collective goals more efficiently and beneficially than working in isolation. |
