Abstract | This research aims to: 1) study the level of organizational management factors, work motivation factors, and work efficiency in driving the national strategy on creating opportunities and social equality among Social Development and Human Security Volunteers (SDHSV); and 2) study factors related to work efficiency in driving the national strategy on creating opportunities and social equality among SDHSV volunteers. The research employed a Quantitative research. The research collected data from a sample of 385 SDHSV volunteers in Phitsanulok Province using questionnaires as the data collection tool. Descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, were used for data analysis. Inferential statistics, correlation coefficient, were also employed. The research findings are as follows: 1) The levels of organizational management factors, work motivation factors, and work efficiency were generally high. 2) Organizational management factors were slightly correlated with work efficiency, indicating that good organizational management helps in evaluating the organization's status to achieve its goals. Work motivation factors were moderately correlated with work efficiency, suggesting that various motivating factors significantly enhance the efficiency of SDHSV volunteers. |
