| Abstract | The aim of this paper is to study the factors influencing Thai undergraduates' learning and performance behavior and provide a total support framework for Thai educational management at the university level to assist undergraduates in making progresswith their studies. The qualitative work was phenomenology designed with a questionnaire method gathering a sample of 1499 second-, third-, and fourth-year students from Chiang Mai University and Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. The findings reveal that students do learn and perform better when they, their family, neighbors, classmates, teachers, and the course design make an academic contribution that helpmake things simple to understand, encouragethemto find the answer, behumble, confident, responsible, assertive, and gainmore knowledge. Educational management also needsprovidetotal support. Theframeworkequipsstudents withpractical foundationsfor awell-rounded educational experience. |
