| Abstract | Management teams are often faced with the challenges of administrating kaizen due to the complex working system that is technical and social in its own respective role. These types of team have to defy the way of aligning kaizen with the organizational characteristic structure and the operational practice so that it serves the interests and benefits for all involved instead of being viewed as a burden of workload.
