| Abstract | Significant growth in the logistics industry has driven up demand for warehouse storage capacity even while there is still plenty of such space. Operators are stressing cost effectiveness more and more to keep their competitive edge; pricing is now a major factor influencing customer decisions. Competitive pricing depends on better operational efficiency via the best use of resources and a general increase in available resources. Apart from improving cost competitiveness, these strategies strengthen warehouse operations' long-term sustainability and resilience within the supply chain.Given this, the current study seeks to maximize product storage in order to cut unneeded movements and hence lower material handling distances inside the warehouse. The research would use ABC slotting analysis theory together with Generative AI for simulating the flow of items in order to properly manage storage sites. |
