| Abstract | The transportation sector in Thailand whatever land, water, and air transportation, to grow at a rate of 2-3% annually between 2024 and 2026, Even though logistics is growing but for the trend of automobile demand in Thailand decreased from the previous year due to financial institutions tightening lending, high household debt, and a weak economy.it has effect cost-effectiveness in transportation due to sometime the company must delivery not fully loaded to each dealer which is not cost-effective when compare delivery fully loaded. In this research develops a mathematical model for transport not fully loaded through effective consolidation strategies aimed to optimizing vehicle shipment, by minimizing transportation costs while under initial conditions. For this study utilize historical data from a transportation company, by using transportation of vehicles to 26 automobile dealers in Northern Thailand over five days since August 13, 2024. to August 17, 2024 .under constraints including capacity, feasible delivery routes, and lead time limits. which in this testing used OpenSolver with a 5% tolerance, the model can found optimal cost, at 153,129 THB for transportation in 5 days. In addition, this research presents a preliminary model to planning transportation model which calculate cost base on fuel cost only. for the real-world must be adapt model by consider additional other factors. |
