Abstract The study aims to 1) To examine the needs for occupational promotion among the "Rosdee Rice Cracker Community Enterprise Group" in Ban Non Ket, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province. 2) To explore approaches to strengthening and enhancing cooperation within the border community, focusing on the Rosdee Rice Cracker Community Enterprise Group in Ban Non Ket, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province. The results of the study revealed that: The occupational development needs of the Rosdee Rice Cracker Community Enterprise Group in Bueng Malu Subdistrict, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province focus on increasing income and sustainably developing the local economy. This is achieved by promoting occupations that align with local resources, such as rice crackers (Rosdee), curry puffs, mooncakes, and silk weaving. These initiatives not only generate supplementary income for members but also help preserve local wisdom. The development of these occupations strengthens the community, increases household income, and enhances the quality of life for members of the enterprise group, contributing to long-term local economic sustainability. Approaches to Strengthening and Enhancing Cooperation in the Rosdee Rice Cracker Community Enterprise Group, Ban Non Ket, Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province focus on developing occupations that align with local resources to promote income generation and sustainable local economic development. The group leverages its existing skills in rice cracker production while also expanding into other product development. Social, human, economic, and cultural capital are utilized to foster cooperation and create unique products. The group is able to expand its market through appropriate marketing strategies and by building support networks with both public and private sector agencies. Key factors contributing to the group’s success include mutual trust, compassionate and collaborative management, effective use of local resources, skills training, and quality control. These elements enable the group to build long-term sustainability and resilience.
