Abstract | This systematic review aims to analyze and synthesize research studies on educational management within multicultural contexts, focusing on the southern border provinces of Thailand. The review examines research studies published between 2014 and 2024, selected based on inclusion criteria and quality standards for TCI academic journal. The findings reveal that educational management in multicultural areas must emphasize: 1) fostering school-community relationships, 2) cultivating multicultural leadership among school administrators, 3) designing learning processes that address the needs of diverse learners, and 4) fostering collaboration between schools and communities to promote peace. Additionally, the review highlights the necessity of designing education policies and the establishment of national policy frameworks to ensures inclusive and context-responsive education. Furthermore, integrating school-community collaboration through religious leaders and local organizations can strengthen an effective learning support network. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, scholars, and practitioners aiming to advance education models that foster intercultural understanding and sustainable peacebuilding. |
