| Abstract | This survey research aimed to study the role of teachers in fostering the concept of growth mindset in preschool children in 3 aspects: 1) being a role model, 2) classroom management and3) learning organization. The population comprised 45 preschool teachers of Praphaiphis School (alias). The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.The research results found that the average performance score of preschool teachers in fostering a growth mindset was at a high level (? = 4.25). Learning organization was at the highest level (? = 4.54); it consisted of promoting diverse thinking (? = 4.57), participation in the learning process (? = 4.54) and enhancing a positive attitude in learning (? = 4.50). These were followed by classroom management (? = 4.18), which consisted of the physical environment setting (? = 4.34) and the social environment setting (? = 4.03), and being a role model was at the lowest mean score (? = 3.99), which consisted of conscious relationships (? = 4.43), resilience (? = 4.04) and work attitudes (? = 3.50). |
