Abstract | This quantitative research aimsto study the current, desirable states and needs analysis of teachers in Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) School based on the concept of Response toIntervention. The scope of research consists ofteacher development and response to Intervention. The population of the study is 225educational personnelwith 142samplesusing formulae calculated fromKrajcie andMorgan. The samples include theDirector of the School, Deputy Director and Teachers with data collectedby using a questionnaire. Three experts investigatedthe quality of the questionnaire by finding content validity(IOC).Each questionnaire consisted of25 questionswith an average score of0.787andCronbach’s alphaequal to 0.960. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, meanand standard deviation.For the current teachers at Bodindecha School (Sing Singhaseni),based on the concept of Response to Intervention, itwas found that the overall level was at a moderate level (M = 3.468). The content knowledge was the highest (M= 3.684). The knowledge and understanding forResponse to Intervention wasthe lowest (M = 3.348). The overall desirable state was at ahigh level (M= 4.374) forthe administrators and teachers of Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) Schooland thisisimportantto the content knowledge of the lesson content based most on the concept of Response to Intervention (M= 4.488). The knowledge and understanding forResponse to Intervention wasthe lowest (M = 4.284). |
