Abstract | The purpose of this descriptive research was to study the priority needs of human resource management in accordance with good governance for Bangna Commercial College. There were 55 informants in total consisting of 5 college administrators, 45 teachers, and 5 administrative officers. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire about the present condition and desirable condition of human resource management in accordance with good governance for Bangna Commercial College. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and PNI Modified. The findings indicated that the present condition of human resource management for Bangna Commercial College as whole was at a high level (M= 3.69) and the desirable condition was at a very high level (M= 4.64). Considering the PNI Modified was within the scope of human resource management, the highest was the aspect of Recruitment and Appointment (PNIModified = 0.311), followed by Manpower Planning and Position Arrangement (PNIModified = 0.307), and the least was the aspect of Discipline (PNIModified = 0.180). |
