| Abstract | The research aims to study the in-school supervision management in the opportunity expansion schoolswhich resulted inthe third-round external evaluation finding ofvery goodlevel under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The data were gathered using a checklist questionnaire that wasdistributed to six opportunity expansion schools. There was a total of 90 respondents including the School Directors, Deputy Directors of Academic Affairs, School Administrators, Headsof Departments,and Headsof Student Development Activities. The data were analyzed using frequency distribution and percentage. The research found that 1) The schools were able to gather the information regarding the study of the current conditions, problems and needs of in-school supervision by analyzing education results and evaluating the use of school curriculato identifycurrent problems. 2) The schools held meetings with teachers, education committees and other groupsrelated to education to arrange the plans/projectsfor both working supervision and teaching supervision. 3) The schools had chosen publishing media as atool since it corresponds to the objectives of the in-school supervision management. 4) The schools had assigned the responsible committees/in-school supervision management to operate according to the defined plan by using the teaching observation approach. 5) The schools had to go through a step by step evaluationprocedure. |
