Abstract | The purpose of thisdocumentaryresearch study was to develop aconceptual frameworkforthe administration of degree and diploma program certification by the secretariat office of the Teachers’ Council according to the conceptof participative management. A documentary synthesis method was used. The research instrument included data recording. Data were analyzed by content analysis and frequency analysis from seven relevant documents. The research revealed that: 1) the conceptual framework of the administration of degree and diploma program certificationconsists of three components: 1.1) development rules of degree and diploma program certification, 1.2) evaluation of curriculum standards, process standards and graduate standards, 1.3) monitoring the degree certification,and 2) the conceptual framework of participative management consisted of 2.1)participation decision making, 2.2) participation implementation, 2.3) participation benefits, 2.4) participation evaluation. |
