Abstract The purpose of this research was to study the current anddesirable states,andtoanalyze thepriority needs of Anubansuppanya school teacher development based on the concept of technology leadershipusingdescriptive research. The research tools were questionnaires, andthe respondents were 54 teachers of Anubansuppanya school. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNIModified).The research revealed that 1) the current state of Anubansuppanya school teacher development based on the concept of technology leadership is at a high level (M= 3.68, SD= 0.397)and the desirable state of Anubansuppanya school teacher development based on the concept of technology leadership is at thehighest level (M = 4.89, SD= 0.196);2) The priority needsanalysisof Anubansuppanya school teacher development based on the concept of technology leadership found that the highest priority in the needs index is visionary leadership(PNIModified= 0.353),and the lowest priority in the needs index isdigital citizenship (PNIModified= 0.310).
