Abstract | This study aimed to 1)study the present and desirable statesof the administrationbased on the Total Quality Management conceptofthe Thai Language, Culture and Historyprogramat campusesof Wells International School, and 2)proposenewor revised management approachesbased on the Total Quality Management conceptfor the Thai Language, Culture and Historyprogram at campuses of Wells International School. The population comprisedthe membersof Wells International School campuses. The research instruments were questionnaires,and appropriability and possibility of evaluation forms. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNI modified, mode and content analysis.The results were as follows. The present and the desirable states of the administrationbased on the Total Quality Management conceptfor the Thai Language, Culture and Historyprogram of Wells International School campuses were at the medium level (M= 3.467, SD= 0.608) and the high level (M= 4.345, SD= 0.238),respectively. The first priority needs index was the academic administration (PNIModified= 1.012); the second priority needs index was the personnel administration (PNIModified= 0.868); and the last priority needs index was the general administration the personnel administration (PNIModified= 0.755). There were three management approaches based on the Total Quality Management concept inthe Thai Language, Culture and Historyprogram of Wells International School campuses, which were 1) to promote societal networking in academic administration, 2) to develop customer-focused personnel administration, and 3) to improve customer-focused general administration. |
