Abstract | The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current state and the desirable state of teachers’ performance management of Amnuay Silpa School based on the concept of collaborative working, and 2) analyze the priority needs of teachers’ performance management of Amnuay Silpa School based on the concept of collaborative working. The population included 45 people including administrators and teachers in the primary level of Amnuay Silpa school. The research tools were questionnaires. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean (?), standard deviation (?), and PNImodified.The research revealed that 1) the current state of teachers’ performance management of Amnuay Silpa School based on the concept of collaborative working is at a medium level (? = 3.42, ?= 0.911) and the desirable state of teachers’ performance management of Amnuay Silpa School based on the concept of collaborative working is at the highest level (? = 4.64, ?= 0.489), and 2) the highest need for teachers’ performance management based on the concept of collaborative working is performance appraisal (PNImodified = 0.490) as followed by executing the plan (PNImodified = 0.330), Performance monitoring (PNImodified = 0.329), and Performance planning (PNImodified = 0.299). |
