| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the current state and desired state and assess the needs of Student Affairs management in Traill International School based on the concept of student engagement. The population of this study included 156respondents comprised of administrators, teachers and students from Traill International School. The research instrument consisted of a rating scaled questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, PNImodified. and priority order. The results of the research found that the desirable state had a higher average than the current state of Student Affairs management in Traill International School based on the concept of student engagement. The highest priority was assistance to students in terms of studying and assistance to students in other issues besides their learning. The results of this research can be used in student affairs management in Traill International School based on the concept of student engagement. |
