| Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the need for student affairs management of Wat Songtham School according to the concept of enhancing life assets by using descriptive research methods. This was a case study of Wat Songtham School. The samples consisted of two administrators of Wat Songtham School , two heads of the student affairs management, 88 teachers of Wat Songtham School and 330 students in Wat Songtham School, for a total of 422. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation and modified priority need technique. The findings showed that the overall present state and desirable state in student affairs management of Wat Songtham School according to the concept of enhancing life assets were at the high levels of M = 3.91 and M = 4.49, respectively. The first priority was the assets of living in community power of the student support system. The second priority was the assets of life energy identity of the student support system. The third priority was the life assets family power of student activities. The findings of this research can help to develop students’ abilities at Wat Songtham School. They could improve the assets of life in all five aspects appropriately and to be productive citizens. |
