Abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the present state, desirable state and needs of the Teachers’ Transformational Leadership Development of Rattanakosinsomphot Latkrabang School. The population was comprised of 104 teachers at Rattanakosinsomphot Latkrabang School. The research instrument used in this study was comprised of a 5-rating scaled questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified..)The findings showed that the overall present state of the Teacher Transformational Leadership Development of Rattanakosinsomphot Latkrabang School were at a medium level (M = 3.24, SD = 0.49) while the desirable state was at a high level (M = 4.22, SD = 0.54) The first priority needs of Teachers’ Transformational Leadership Development of Rattanakosinsomphot Latkrabang School was the Idealized Influence (PNImodified = 0.32). The second priority was the Individualized Consideration (PNImodified = 0.31). The third priority was the Intellectual Stimulation (PNImodified = 0.30). The Fourth priority was the Inspirational Motivation (PNImodified = 0.29). |
