Abstract | The purpose of this research is to find approaches to teachers’ development in Phra Mae Maree Upatham School based on the concept of Creative Leadership. The was a case study of Phra Mae Maree Upatham School. The samples comprised 18teachers in Phra Mae Maree Upatham School. The research instrument used in this study was a rating scaled questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNImodified. The findings showed that the overall present state and desirable state of teachers’ development in Phra Mae Maree Upatham School based on Creative Leadership were at a medium level (M= 2.676) and the highest level (M= 4.730), respectively. The first priority was the development of greater problem solving abilities. The second priority was flexibility. The third priority was vision. The findings of the research can be further developed to improve teachers’ effectiveness in Phra Mae Maree Upatham School. The teacher will develop properly and appropriately in order to be able to take good care of students, enhance their ability to learn and develop continuously. |
