| Abstract | The objectives of this research were: (1) to study integrated public administration; (2) to examine the performance efficiency of personnel in government agencies; and (3) to investigate the relationship between integrated public administration and the performance efficiency of personnel in government agencies. This study employed a quantitative research methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 297 individuals, including local administrative organization executives, community leaders, and government officials. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.The findings revealed that: (1) overall, the level of integrated public administration was rated as high; (2) the overall performance efficiency of government personnel was also rated as high; and (3) there was a strong positive correlation between integrated public administration and the performance efficiency of government personnel (r = .928). |
