Abstract Administrative work is a crucial component in supporting the core mission operations of the Faculty of Education and Human Development, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. It is responsible for document coordination, internal management within the unit, and providing services to personnel, students, and other stakeholders. Studying the efficiency of administrative operations and services will provide valuable data for improving service quality and enhancing user satisfaction, ultimately contributing to better service outcomes. This research Article aims to 1) study the efficiency of administrative operations and service at the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Education and Human Development, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University and 2) study opinions and suggestions of clients’ at service at the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Education and Human Development, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. The target group for this study consisted of 63 lecturers from the Faculty of Education and Human Development, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. Data were collected from the entire population. The total 54 participants responded to the questionnaire, representing 85.71 percent from the whole population. The research instrument used in this study was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire which designed to collect data across five dimensions: 1) quality of work, 2) job-related knowledge, 3) timeliness, 4) cost-effectiveness in the use of resources, and 5) service delivery. The statistical methods employed in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation.The research provided the following results: 1) The overall efficiency of work performance and administrative services at the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Education and Human Development, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, was rated at the highest level (M = 4.72, SD = 0.49). When examined by specific aspects, the aspect with the highest mean score was service delivery (M = 4.75, SD = 0.47), followed by job-related knowledge (M = 4.74, SD = 0.44), quality of work (M = 4.73, SD = 0.76), timeliness (M = 4.69, SD = 0.53), and cost-effectiveness in the use of resources (M = 4.67, SD = 0.56), respectively. 2) Opinions and suggestions include the organizational culture related to achievement should be facilitated, essential skills should be developed, implementation of a continuous evaluation system, self-assessment, lifelong learning, and the increasing amount of supporting staff. These aspects can serve as guidelines for planning improvements and further development of administrative operations.
