| Abstract | This research aimed to 1) synthesize components and indicators of teachers' innovation competencies at Suanmon School under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) confirm the components and indicators of teachers' innovation competencies. The research was divided into two phases. Phase 1 involved synthesizing components and indicators of teachers' innovation competencies. The researcher collected data through studying documents, textbooks, concepts, theories, and research related to innovation competencies, teacher competencies, and educational innovators. Data were synthesized using Content Analysis to select components and sub-components of teachers' innovation competencies for confirmation in Phase 2. Phase 2 involved confirming the components and sub-components of teachers' innovation competencies by five experts selected through purposive sampling. These experts were academics with innovative achievements, expertise in creating and developing innovations, specialists in teacher competencies who work in or are responsible for teacher competency development in government or private organizations, educational experts, school administrators, former school administrators, educational administrators, university professors, or academics with doctoral degrees. The confirmation of components and indicators was conducted using questions about agreement, disagreement, or uncertainty, which were used to find the Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC). Research instruments included document synthesis forms and confirmation forms for components and indicators of teachers' innovation competencies. Statistics used in the research included mean values. The research findings revealed that there were 5 components and 13 indicators of teachers' innovation competencies at Suan Mon School under Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, namely: 1) innovative thinking process competency (4 indicators), 2) learning management for innovation creation competency (2 indicators), 3) networking and collaboration competency (3 indicators), 4) continuous self-development competency (2 indicators), and 5) dissemination and knowledge exchange competency (2 indicators). The expert evaluation found that all 5 components and 13 indicators had IOC values between 0.55-1.00. |
