| Abstract | This academic article is a study on mission management according to the Buddhist Affairs Reform Plan. It was found that the management of Buddhist missions, which was originally spread in a general way, is the propagation of Buddhism in a general manner by the missionaries using their own knowledge. This consists of "having a plan to build stability with an emphasis on internal objectives, developing Buddhist teaching resources, and to inherit virtuous heirs." This will increase the people's faith in the missionaries and Buddhism |
