| Abstract | The objectives of this research were to study the behavior and satisfaction of tourists and to compare the satisfaction of Thai tourists visiting Wat Khao Chan Ngam, Si Khio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The sample group consisted of 400 tourists who traveled to Wat Khao Chan Ngam, Si Khio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, using convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed through a statistical analysis with Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation, as well as independent samples t-test and F-test/ANOVA; the least significant difference (LSD) statistics was used to test the paired sample differences.The findings of the study indicated that the majority of tourists were female, aged 41-50, single, residing in Bangkok and its surrounding areas. Most of the tourists had attained bachelor’s degrees, worked as civil servants, and reported incomes between 15,001 and 30,000 baht. These tourists generally traveled by private car for leisure purposes with family or relatives, visiting Wat Khao Chan Ngam 1-3 times annually, mainly on weekends between January and March, with expenses ranging from 2,001 to 4,000 baht. Tourists primarily obtained information from the Internet and typically planned their trips in less than three days. The overall satisfaction level of Thai tourists visiting Wat Khao Chan Ngam, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, was reported to be at the highest level. However, significant differences in satisfaction were found among tourists with varying demographic characteristics, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level. |
