This research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative research. The sample consists of two groups: 1) 20 members of the Ruamjai Asa Pattana Community Group. Research instruments included semi-structured interviews and quizzes, with the sample group selected using purposive sampling.2) 400 respondents to a satisfaction survey regarding the prototype product development, chosen through the convenience sampling method or voluntary participation. Research instruments a satisfaction questionnaire evaluating the prototype products in three aspects: functionality, aesthetics, and materials. The statistics used in the research were frequency distribution, percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-tests, and qualitative data analysis. The research findings, according to the objectives, were as follows: 1) It was found that the group members saw that there was an income disparity. The group is ready and wants to improve product production skills. They chose to use fabrics that are characteristic of the community, such as plain-colored fabrics and “pah” cloth (a traditional Thai cloth). The products they wish to produce include women’s shirts, men’s shirts, and bags. 2) 3 groups of product prototypes were created, totaling 9 designs: women’s shirts3 designs, men’s shirts3designs and bags3designs. Study the satisfaction of respondents towards the 9 product prototypes across all 3 aspects: functionality, aesthetics, and materials. It was found that all prototypes received high levels of satisfaction. The results of the pre-training and post-training tests revealed that the average score before training was 5.20 points.while the average score after the training was 11.25 points. When comparing the scores before and after the training, it was found that the post-training scores were significantly higher than the pre-training scores at the 0.05 level of statistical significance. The satisfaction evaluation after the training revealed. The satisfaction results from the training across all 4 aspects-speakers, venue/duration/food, understanding of the knowledge, and application of the knowledge-were all rated as very high, with an overall average of (x̄ = 4.60, S.D. = 0.36). When examining the individual aspects, it was found that the aspect with the highest satisfaction was the application of knowledge, with a high satisfaction level (x̄ = 4.90, S.D. = 0.19). |
