| Abstract | This qualitative study aimed to understand the outcomes and perceived effectiveness of the Mindfulness-Based Well-Being Promotion (MBWB) program by interpreting participants’ experiences. Data were collected from 31 participants through their online practice records and from an online focus group consisting of 12 participants from a single organization. Thematic analysis was employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that the MBWB program supported the development of mindfulness, self-regulation, and behavioral changes aligned with well-being. However, participants encountered both internal and external obstacles during the mindfulness practice and self-development process. These insights offer valuable implications for human resource development, particularly in applying the MBWB program to promote mindfulness and well-being in the workplace, as well as in designing other related programs. |
