| Abstract | This study aims to analyze the learning outcomes of students in the Innovation in Public Administration and Governance course before and after implementing cooperative learning with the STAD technique in an online setting. Additionally, it examines students' satisfaction with this instructional approach. The study population consists of 90 Master of Public Administration students enrolled in the course during the second semester of the 2023 academic year. The research instruments include four key tools: a lesson plan, an objective multiple-choice test, an open-ended written assessment, and a satisfaction survey regarding the STAD-based cooperative learning approach. Data were analyzed using statistical methods, including mean, standard deviation, and t-tests. The findings indicate that the implementation of STAD-based cooperative learning through an online system led to significantly improved learning outcomes, aligning with the research hypothesis. Furthermore, student satisfaction with this instructional approach was rated at the highest level. |
