| Abstract | This research aimed to study the result of enhancing integrated Chinese learning management by multiple intelligence model on the ability of Chinese language teachers in learning management. The research target group comprised nine Chinese language teachers from six primary schools under the Lampang primary education area 1 district office. The research tools consisted of innovative tools, qualitative tools and quantitative tools. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and Wilcoxon signed - rank test.The findings revealed that 1) Chinese language teachers, who have passed the training course were able to design integrated Chinese learning plan by five-step multiple intelligence model, are at the excellent level of teaching (?=4.79). 2) the knowledge of learning management by integrating the multiple intelligences model of Chinese language teachers increased at a statistically significant level of .05. 3) the skills in learning management according to the plan of Chinese language teachers also improved each week at a statistically significant level of .05 during the period of comparison. 4) the attitudes of Chinese language teachers towards training course were at a very good level (M = 4.8). It was also found that 295 students have positive attitude towards Chinese language learning at a very good level (M = 4.83). |
