Abstract Purpose: The study aims to enhance job engagement at Amara Thit Co., Ltd. by strengthening organizational commitment, colleague support, supervisor support, and job performance. As a pioneering brand and market leader in innovative women's lingerie market, the company had faced challenges in sustaining its market share and sales volume due to COVID-19 and political crises, leading to higher turnover rates and reduced sales. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed management and human process interventions. A mixed- methods approach was employed with both quantitative and qualitative analyses. Data from 59 respondents were analyzed using SPSS software while 10 participants were examined using NVivo software for qualitative findings. Organizational Development Interventions (ODIs) included modifying performance appraisal, refining HR policies, redesigning the pay system, and implementing training programs for organizational commitment, conducting workshops for team building and stress and wellness for supervisor support, fostering better interpersonal relationships for colleague support and running stress and wellness workshops for job performance. Results: There is a significant improvement in organizational commitment, colleague support, supervisor support, job performance, job satisfaction, and job engagement. Conclusion: These ODIs proved effective in enhancing job engagement and job satisfaction, providing a sustainable model for enhancing organizational development.
