| Abstract | The purpose of this study is to improve employees' job performance using OD interventions to enhance their work-life balance, supervisor-subordinate relationship, team communication, and job satisfaction at the China Qingdao AAA Company, which is a private industrial manufacturing enterprise. This action research used quantitative and qualitative methods in collecting and analyzing data. Quantitative methods used questionnaires. Data was analyzed using means, standard deviations, paired sample t-tests, multiple linear regression, and simple linear regression to evaluate employees' work-life balance, supervisor-subordinate relationship, team communication, and job satisfaction. For qualitative methods, data were collected using semi-structured interviews and open-ended questions. To understand the current situation of AAA Company in Qingdao and identify areas for improvement in research areas. Research shows that there are significant differences in work-life balance, supervisor-subordinate relationships, team communication, job satisfaction, and job performance through the implementation of ODI before and after. ODI design helps organizations improve their management work through intervention activities such as team games, group discussions, and establishing a relaxing work environment. The results of the study showed that employees experienced positive changes in their researcher factors, illustrating that ODI has a significant influence on employee job performance. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis also provided supporting evidence. |
